Salty Saguaro Classic – Salt River Race by Natural Restoration

Join us for our inaugural Salty Saguaro Classic on Saturday, September 9th! This event is a fundraiser benefiting our mission, a river race, and a land & water trash cleanup! ⁠Click the link below for all the event details.⁠

RIVER RACE: $1,800 in cash prizes for 3 race categories: kayak, paddleboard, & inflatable. 1st place $300 , 2nd place $200, 3rd place $100 in each race category. Race participants must cross the finish line with a full bag of trash collected along the river during the race to qualify for prizes. ⁠⁠

⁠If you rent a kayak or SUP from REI’s Arizona Adventure Center for our 9/9 Salty Saguaro Classic River Race or Trash Cleanup, they will donate 50% of every rental to Natural Restorations! ⁠

LAND & WATER CLEANUP: For each bag of trash collected & brought up to the dumpster, volunteers will receive a raffle ticket for the prize raffle at noon. ⁠
