About the Event
Join us for an exciting and unique fitness experience with Paddleboard Pilates with Pam at the picturesque Saguaro Lake! We’re offering two sessions to accommodate different schedules: one at 7:00 AM and another at 8:30 AM.
What to Expect
Pam will guide you through a refreshing Pilates / SUP Yoga workout, specifically designed to be performed on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP). This fusion session combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the balance and stability challenges of paddleboarding. It’s a fantastic way to engage your core, improve your balance, and enjoy the serene beauty of Saguaro Lake.
