The SIC 14’0″ X 26″ SF Rocket Ship (RS)

In 2018, the SIC RS – Rocket Ship set out to be the fastest all water race boards and proving with multiple podium finishes and winning SUP Connect Magazines “Race Board of the Year for both 2018 & 2019.

Why choice the SIC 14′ x 26″ Rocket Ship.

The RS has been fine tuned and made even faster and stronger. Improving the top-end speed, acceleration, and upwind performance by slightly pulling in the nose from the wide point of the board. Adjusting the volume from the rails to the top deck allowed for a higher peak to sheer water and quickly come to the surface when the nose punches through chop. With a slight change in the rocker of approximately 1/4″ in the nose and 1/2″ in the tail allows for an optimized waterline of the 14′ RS. The RS still features the EZ-GRAB handle. The deep circular cored out area allows for your fingers to easily grasp the handle to pick up and carry your board.

Super Fly (SF) Construction:

New for 2020, SIC Maui Super Fly (SF) construction has been a massive leap forward in durability, stiffness and overall performance. The SIC Super Fly construction with a full PVC sandwich wrapping the EPS core (top, bottom, 360 degree rails) and then wrapped in carbon and glass to create a durable, lightweight, and stiff board. The SF construction uses a molded technology to ensure lamination strength and the boards are precisely as Mark Raaphorst shaped. SIC’s highest end SUP construction and one of the highest end board constructions on the market.

SIC Maui warrants its products to be free of defects in either materials or workmanship for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only the original retail customer when the product is purchased from an authorized dealer, and may not be transferred. This warranty does not cover any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, abuse, unauthorised modification or repairs, accidents, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, maintenance or care, incorrect set-up, use in commercial, rental or teaching environments, or any other irresponsible use.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED.
