What is a OneWheel?

The OneWheel Plus and XR are the ultimate riding experience that bridges recreation and transportation. A self-balancing electric style skateboard that utilizes a single go-cart style racing wheel. The single wheel allows for sharper more maneuverable turns and the ability to carve similar to a Snowboard. The ultimate float experience.

What is the difference between the OneWheel+, OneWheel XR & Pint?

The main difference between the OneWheel + and XR is the ride time. The OneWheel+ has a range of 5 to 7 mile before needing a charge. The charge for the plus takes about 20 minutes with the Ultracharger. The OneWheel + XR utilizes a larger Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide battery giving the XR a range of 12 to 18 miles with a full charge in just about 100 minutes. The Pint is a slightly smaller than either of the other OneWheel XR. Ride time is approximately 6 to 8 miles and a top speed of around 16 MPH. The smaller chassis and wheel size make the Pint a bit more nimble.

How hard is it to ride the OneWheel?

There is a learning curve to riding the OneWheel but most people are able to pick it up in a short time. Don't just jump on without reading your manual as there are some hints and tricks that will make learning to ride your OneWheel a fun and safe experience. Riding a OneWheel, there is nothing like it!

How do I change the settings on my OneWheel?

Future Motion has created the official OneWheel App available for iOS and Android. In addition to being able to choose digital shapings, configure settings and monitor your board status, the app includes GPS functionality to map your rides. This is a great feature for finding and messaging other riders, and sharing your favorite ride spots. Featuring a leader board for tracking top speed and mileage (Caution! Ride safe and have fun.
