Optimal Placement for Your SpeedCoach SUP & GPS

To achieve the best results, position your SpeedCoach mount approximately 2 to 3 feet ahead of your standing position on the paddleboard. Choose a location where the suction cup sits flush against the deck, ensuring the device remains stable and unobstructed. Ensure the SpeedCoach is clear of your paddle blade during hand switches and placed in a way that allows you to glance at it without looking down, maintaining proper paddling form.

Simple Installation for Secure Mounting

1. Clean the Surface: Use the provided alcohol swabs to remove dirt and debris from the selected spot on your board. Let the area dry for at least 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the Mount: Unclip the suction cup from the SpeedCoach bracket.
3. Secure the Mount: Press the suction cup firmly into the chosen location and hold for at least 30 seconds to ensure a strong seal.

Attach the Foam Float for Added Protection

For safety, secure the NK foam float to your SpeedCoach to prevent accidental loss. Use the included keychain to attach it under the lanyard bar on the side opposite the battery contacts, or loop the lanyard through the float hole and double it back. This extra step ensures your device stays safe and afloat in all conditions.
