SpeedCoach OC 2 is Impeller Compatible

The SpeedCoach OC is compatible with our SpeedCoach Impeller (sold separately), providing paddlers with more accurate speed measurements on moving water. Training with an impeller has been the gold standard in rowing, especially for teams practicing on current-filled waterways.

Impeller speed tracks the movement of the boat relative to the water, while GPS speed measures movement relative to the ground. This dual capability enhances training by offering deeper insights into your paddling performance. To start using an impeller, you’ll need the SpeedCoach Wiring Canoe/Kayak Sensor, Wireless Angle Bracket Mount, and SpeedCoach Impeller.
